How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping costs within Germany and Austria are 3,90€. From an order value of 40€ your delivery is free of charge. For Switzerland the shipping costs are 5,90 €. These are omitted with an order value of 60€.
To which countries do you deliver?
We currently deliver in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Which company will deliver my order?
The order will be shipped with DHL.
When will I receive my order?
For an optimal follow-up of your order we will send you a tracking number of our shipping partner DHL after the shipment of the goods. This allows you to check the status of your shipment at any time.
Do you deliver to packing stations?
Currently we do not deliver to Packing stations. However, we are working on it and will offer this as soon as possible.
