Our products are produced in our own in-house production in Serbia, which has the highest certifications such as HACCP and GMP. Not only food supplements but also pharmaceutical products are produced here, so we maintain the highest standards of quality, safety and purity.

Since our products are höchst professional food supplements, you can certainly combine them, provided you follow the prescribed consumption recommendations / dosages.

In principle, you can use our products of course at any time. However, for some products we point out certain times, which should then achieve an even better effect.

The majority of our products are generally also suitable for children and adolescents. Generally, however, the dosage should be adjusted accordingly, which is always indicated separately on the package inserts and the packaging. It is particularly important that children learn about a healthy diet from an early age. As a supplement, our products are wonderfully suitable.

Our products should be stored dry, below 25 degrees Celsius.

Our products are, with a few exceptions, gluten and lactose free and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. All ingredients of our products are subject to the Nährwertkennzeichnungsverordnung a declaration obligation on allergens. Should a restriction occur, we already point this out in the product description.

All your payments with us are secure and PCI compliant according to the most modern standards. When purchasing by credit card, your credit card details are not stored on our servers at any time, but are processed directly by our payment provider the Wirecard Bank.

Questions about payment and shipping

We deliver to Germany, as well as to Österreich and Switzerland.

The shipping to Germany and Österreich costs 3,90 €. From an order value of 30 € the delivery is free. In Switzerland, the shipping costs are 4.90 €.

The delivery times are after successful order within Germany about 4-5 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries require 3-7 working days according to experience.

Currently we do not deliver to packing stations. However, we are working on it and will offer this as soon as possible.

After shipment dispatch, you will receive an email from us with your package number. You can track your package with this at www.dhl.de/trackandtrace
